Garden Office Conversion – Suffolk
Lake Twins Construction converted this cold and dark garden room, into a warm, bright and airy garden office. Increasing the ceiling height, fully insulating and adding a new electric supply gave the foundation for a great office space. Then plastering, decorating and laying a new floor completed this modern work space which the customer was thrilled with.

Lake Twins Construction embarked on a transformation of a property’s boundary through the replacement of an old, weathered fence with a robust, new wooden fence, illustrating the project’s progression from initial teardown to the final, polished section.

Patio and Greenhouse base – East Sussex
We built a sleek patio with a solid base for a greenhouse in East Sussex. First we cleared the area then dropped a concrete foundation strong enough for heavy greenhouse frames. After that we installed smooth yellow stone paving – clean lines, great finish, all ready for garden life.
It’s the kind of patio you want to drink tea on, watch sunsets over, or let your tomatoes do their thing in the green house next to it.
